ECN6 will be held in Valencia, Spain on Monday 10th and Tuesday 11th of September, 2018, shortly before the THIESEL 2018 conference.

 

The topical areas chosen for ECN6 build upon recommendations from past workshops and current research pathways. The ECN6 group topics, guidelines, and leaders are listed below.

7. Spray B (diesel) in engines, Presented by Louis-Marie Malbec (IFPEN)

8. Fuel effects on compression ignition, Presented by Yuanjiang Pei (Aramco)

9. Spray G nozzle geometry and internal nozzle flow, Presented by David Schmidt (UMass)

10. Evaporative Spray G (external, plume interaction, flash boiling), Presented by Tommaso Lucchini (Polimi)

11. Spray G (gasoline) in engines, Presented by Joaquin de la Morena (CMT)

 

The participation in limited to 100 participants. Inscription fees on a no lose no win basis will be 180 euros until 20th of July and 200 euros after until September 4th that inscriptions will be closed (before September 3rd, 80% of the inscription fee will be reimbursed)

The fees will include

Coffee breaks (morning and afternoon) and lunches during the workshop

Conference dinner on Monday 10th

ECN6 will finish on Tuesday 11th on time to attend the THIESEL2018 reception cocktail at UPV
