To
make the online registration and payment, please login at the
Continued
Education Centre of the UPV. Please follow the instructions to get
your password. Then fill in the requested information and access the secure
payment website.
Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Please note that in case
you have paid by wire transfer, you will have a few days after registration to
send the proof of payment. If we have not received this proof of payment within
a few days, your registration will be cancelled and you will be advised of this.
After payment, you will get the receipt of payment. If you need an invoice, you
can get it at any time after payment has been received.

Before July 15th, 2017
95% of the registration fee will be refunded
Before August 15th, 2017
50% of the registration fee will be refunded
No refund will be possible after August 15th, 2017
NOTE
The Conference organization has pre-reserved a number of rooms in a
selection of hotels located relatively close to the conference location and in
the city centre. Please go to the tag ‘Accommodation’ to book one of
these hotels.
Please note that there will be free bus transport (included in the
registration fee) between the designated Conference hotels and the Conference
site. The timetable for the bus departures will be given a few days before
Conference start.
