Conference registration and fees payment is made via a Universitat Politècnica
de València secure application. You will need to register for a login name first
using the ‘Create your CFP account’ option (once you’ve clicked on the
registration link). Please keep your login information for further use later
(justifying payment, invoice, certificate of attendance, etc…).
The system will ask for some personal data, in particular your passport or ID
number. It is compulsory to provide this if you wish to have access to our wifi
system during the conference. It’s a security policy of our University. Please
be assured that none of the personal information provided is used for anything
else than for this conference.
Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Please note that in case
you have paid by wire transfer, you will have a few days after registration to
send the proof of payment. If we have not received this proof of payment within
a few days, your registration will be cancelled and you will be advised of this.
After payment, you will get the receipt of payment. If you need an invoice, you
can get it at any time after payment has been received. If you have any question
