Numerical and experimental acoustics applied to propulsion systems

The Noise Control research line focuses on developing advanced predictive models and control strategies to achieve quieter and more sustainable propulsion technologies. Applications include, but are not limited to, unmanned aircraft, turbomachinery, combustion, and fluid–structure interaction, tackling challenges such as distributed propulsion noise, propeller and compressor acoustics, and thermoacoustic instabilities.
