Information for abstracts
THIESEL 2026 calls for good quality papers from both Industry and Academia, describing the most recent developments and latest innovations relative to thermo-and fluid dynamic processes for clean propulsion powerplants. Abstracts of about 300 words including the objectives of the paper, the methodology used, some preliminary results if available and the main conclusions are expected on topics that include experimental and theoretical work related to:
- Thermal management of electric motors (BEV) and hybrids (HEV).
- Control of hybrid and electrified propulsion systems.
- Energy management in propulsion systems.
- Ultra efficient thermal engines.
- H2 and NH3 for transport applications.
- Eco-fuels and renewable fuels based on hydrocarbons.
- Emissions reduction.
- After-treatment for decontamination of hybrids and advanced ICE architectures.
- Diagnosis in propulsion systems.
