A minimum fee of 250€ will be retained for any cancellation after 31st August 2026, unless the cancellation is duly justified.
The registration fee is:
- € 780 early registration
- € 900 for late registrations received after 15th July 2026
The fee includes:
- Attendance to the conference and poster sessions
- Conference Proceedings (USB)
- Coffee breaks and lunches during the Conference
- Welcome reception and closure gala dinner
